  • Maintain pressure through your entire foot.

  • Engage your glutes throughout the movement.

A very short stride often causes the front knee to travel excessively forward while reducing hip involvement.

Take a comfortable stride that allows both knees to bend naturally while maintaining balance.


3. Overstriding
