1. Letting the Front Knee Collapse Inward
This is one of the most common faults we see.
When the knee caves inward, the hip loses stability and forces are distributed less efficiently through the leg.
Instead:
Keep your knee tracking over your second or third toe.
Maintain pressure through your entire foot.
Engage your glutes throughout the movement.
2. Taking Steps That Are Too Short
A very short stride often causes the front knee to travel excessively forward while reducing hip involvement.
