Stephanie is a certified Women's Coach, Nutrition Coach, Menopause Coach, and Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Coach with a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and empowered.

She understands that women's health is not one-size-fits-all. Every woman faces different challenges, responsibilities, stressors, and life stages. Steph works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that fit real life rather than promoting restrictive diets, unrealistic expectations, or unsustainable fitness plans.
