My Story
My passion for coaching comes from a desire to help people better understand their bodies and take control of their health.
Over the years, I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including weight management, chronic pain, mobility limitations, autoimmune conditions, and the physical and emotional changes that often accompany menopause.
One thing I've learned is that there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
