Our Muay Thai-inspired kickboxing classes are accessible to all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels - no prior training required. You'll train on heavy bags using real kickboxing techniques adapted for a group setting, alongside strength, conditioning, and mobility work.

Boxing Skills 101 is designed for beginners and experienced boxers looking to sharpen technique in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. You'll learn real boxing fundamentals - stance, footwork, punches, defense, movement, and combinations - through structured drills, padwork, and clear coaching. No sparring and no pressure - just skill development at your pace.

BOXING HIIT
Boxing HIIT brings the energy of our kickboxing classes to the boxing gym — no kicks, just hands. You'll work through combinations on the heavy bag in timed rounds, built around real boxing movements adapted for a high-intensity group setting. Expect the same flow as kickboxing: bag rounds alternating with conditioning work, driving pace, and coaches who know how to push you.

Group Strength is a coach-led, full-body strength class designed to build muscle, improve movement, and boost confidence. You’ll train with a mix of benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, battle ropes, and more — all easily adjusted to match your level.
Each class blends functional strength, core work, and mobility to improve balance, posture, and everyday performance. No choreography, no racing others — just effective strength training with expert coaching and group energy.

KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebell training builds strength, endurance, mobility, and core stability through dynamic, full-body movements. The unique nature of kettlebells creates powerful muscle engagement, coordinated breathing, and constant core activation — even when you’re not “doing core.”

PILATES STRENGTH
Pilates Strength is a mat-based strength class focused on building deep core stability, muscular endurance, and total-body control. Using bodyweight resistance and controlled tempo, you’ll train the muscles that support posture, balance, and efficient movement.
