At PuncHIIT Fitness, I work with clients of all ages and abilities, helping them develop strength, improve mobility, build endurance, and gain confidence both inside and outside the gym.
My Story
My passion for fitness comes from a desire to help people realize that they are capable of far more than they often believe.
Throughout my coaching career, I've had the opportunity to work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, from chronic pain and mobility limitations to long COVID recovery and endurance training goals.
One of the most rewarding aspects of coaching is watching someone accomplish something they once thought was impossible.
Whether it's completing a first race, returning to exercise after an injury, learning how to box, or simply feeling stronger and more confident in everyday life, those moments never get old.
I believe fitness should be accessible, welcoming, and empowering for everyone.
My goal is to meet clients where they are today and help them move toward where they want to be tomorrow.
