EXPLORE OUR CLASSES
Every class at PuncHIIT Fitness is part of the same system — control that supports strength, strength that supports performance, and performance that builds skill. It's built to serve everyday life just as much as athletic performance.

KICKBOXING
Our Muay Thai-inspired kickboxing classes put you on the heavy bag with real technique. Rounds alternate between bag work and off-bag training, building power,
endurance, and coordination alongside genuine skill. No experience required, and our coaches bring real fight backgrounds to every class.
Who Boxing Skills is for: Anyone who wants a high energy, skill-based workout that builds confidence, conditioning, and power.
BOXING SKILLS 101
Boxing Skills 101 teaches real boxing fundamentals — stance, footwork, punches, defense, and combinations — through structured drills and padwork. There's no sparring and no pressure, just genuine skill development.
Want boxing on the bag? Try Boxing HIIT.
Who Boxing Skills is for: Beginners and technique-focused boxers alike who want to build and perfect real boxing skills, one step at a time.
Boxing HIIT takes the energy of kickboxing and works it out entirely on the bag — heavy bag combinations in timed rounds, built around real boxing movement and driven by a relentless pace. You're still building skill here, just without the pressure of holding pads or running structured drills — it's your chance to work up a real sweat while sharpening your punching technique.
Who Boxing HIIT is for: Anyone who wants a fast, boxing-based cardio and conditioning workout.
GROUP STRENGTH
Group Strength is a coach-led, full-body strength class built around real equipment — like barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and TRX — adjusted to your level. Every class blends strength, core work, and mobility, with a focus on muscular endurance that carries over into real life and athletic performance.
Who is Strength for: Anyone who wants structured, coach-led strength training, from first-time lifters to experienced athletes.
KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebell training builds strength, endurance, and core stability through dynamic, full-body movement — every swing, clean, and carry works your whole body at once. Classes are coached and scale to any level, with Hells Bells there if you want more grit: longer sets, steady pacing, and real muscular endurance work.
Who is Kettlebells for: Anyone looking to build strength and stability through full-body training, at any experience level.
Pilates Strength is mat-based training built on control — slow, precise reps and longer time under tension that build core stability, muscular endurance, and total-body control. It's low-impact, but don't mistake that for easy; expect a serious burn without a single high-impact movement.
Who is Pilates for: Anyone looking for a low-impact, strength-focused workout that builds core stability and control.
Mobility Strong is strength-based mobility work, not passive stretching — controlled, resistance-driven movement that builds real range of motion, joint health, and control. Classes alternate upper and lower body focus, making this the ideal complement to your harder training days.
Who Mobility is for: Anyone who wants to move better and support recovery while still building strength and control.
