Boxing IQ is all about building your boxing intelligence—learning the why and how behind every movement. This class breaks down the core elements of boxing, teaching you how to move, think, and react like a fighter in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you're brand new to boxing or looking to sharpen your technique, Boxing IQ is for everyone.
🔍 What You’ll Work On:
Punch Mechanics: Learn how to throw each punch with proper technique, power, and speed—without sacrificing form.
Defense: Master slipping, rolling, blocking, and parrying to stay sharp and protected.
Footwork: Improve your mobility and balance so you can move with confidence and control.
Hand/Eye Coordination: Drills designed to sharpen your reaction time and timing.
Target Work: Hone your aim on focus pads, mitts, or bags to increase precision and fluidity.
Optional Light Sparring: For those feeling comfortable and geared up (headgear & mouthguards required), there will be the opportunity to put your skills to the test in a friendly, controlled environment.
