Inside the PuncHIIT app, Founders receive a unique digital badge on their profile, identifying them as early supporters of our new facility.

Yes. As long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted, your Founders’ rate will never increase.

These packages are only available during our relocation phase. Once the new facility opens, all Founders’ Memberships will close permanently.

Your credits give you access to our new Recovery Room services, including cold plunge, sauna, and other restorative modalities. Monthly credits can be used at no extra cost; additional credits will be available at Founders-exclusive pricing.

Founders receive priority access to book group fitness classes before the general public. This ensures first choice of class times, instructors, and high-demand sessions.

Premium and Annual members receive two guest passes per quarter. These can be used to bring a friend or family member to an eligible group class. Passes must be booked in advance.

Premium and Annual members will receive an exclusive guided tour of our new facility—including The Arena, The Yard, and The Forge—before we open to the public.

This follows the "early booking access" perk. Having early booking access means you're not likely to end up on a waiting list, as you will get 1st choice of classes before the general public.

You may upgrade your tier at any time while Founders’ memberships are still available. Once the program closes, upgrades will no longer be possible.

Yes, freezes follow our standard policy. Multiple or extended freezes may affect your lifetime rate, so please inquire before freezing long term.

No. Once cancelled, Founders’ rates and perks cannot be reinstated or repurchased. You will need to choose from one of our regular membership packages.

No. Founders’ Memberships are for group fitness only. However, Annual Founders receive priority access when PT presale booking opens for our new personal training rooms.

Digital perks (badge, booking access) activate immediately.

Physical perks (wristbands, bricks, plaques, Build Wall) will be provided or installed as construction milestones are completed.

Founders’ Memberships can be purchased directly through our online shop. Once purchased, your perks activate automatically and your lifetime rate is secured.
